1. You trying to use your key on new PC or you typed in your key incorrectly. please use copy ctrl+C and paste ctrl+V to make sure all letters and digits are inputed correctly. 
2. your license was shared with different user/PC and it was banned

3. your license wasn't removed before changing PC.
